Weather Course
                                                                    
 
Weather  is a topic is vital to all recreational boaters. This course contains two module and both must be completed for members to successfully complete the course. The course uses the USA Today Weather Book as a text and supplements it with a USPS manual.

Wx101, Basic Weather, includes effects of heat and cold, wind and pressure, storms and fronts, rain, humidity, fog, floods, droughts, and winter precipitation.

Wx102, Advanced Weather, covers thunderstorms and tornadoes, tropical weather, atmosphere, clouds, forecasting, and climate.

There are no prerequisites to this course.
